Welcome to The Canine Club! 🐾
By using our services or visiting our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We promise to keep things simple, clear, and fair — just like we treat our pups.

1. Who We Are

The Canine Club is a Cape Town–based pet care company offering daycare, grooming, training, and boarding services for dogs (and a few fabulous felines too). When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we’re talking about The Canine Club team.

2. Booking & Appointments

All services are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your pup’s play or grooming session.

  • Need to cancel or reschedule? We totally get it. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Health & Safety

All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health to join daycare or grooming.

  • If your pup is unwell (e.g. coughing, vomiting, parasites), we may ask you to postpone their visit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression or poses a safety risk to others.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows may still be charged. We set aside time just for your furball.

5. Personal Belongings

We do our best to care for your pet’s accessories (collars, beds, toys), but we can’t take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during their stay.

6. Media Use

We love sharing cute pics of your pets on our socials! 📸
If you'd prefer your pup not be featured, just let us know and we’ll keep their fame private.

7. Liability

We promise to treat your pets like our own, but The Canine Club is not liable for:

  • Illness or injury due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable events

  • Minor scuffles between dogs (they’re social creatures, after all)

  • Loss or damage caused by a pet’s behavior

8. Changes to Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. Any major changes will be shared on our website or by email. The latest version is always the one that applies.
